Always use a clean cloth and wipe with gentle hands (Remember Handcrafted Products are Delicate!) In case of Brass never use harsh chemicals like Brass Cleaners, Pitambari Etc. Take a piece of cotton, dip it in some oil and rub in on the product. The oil will attract all the dust and make your product new! (To be done occasionally only)

If you receive a damaged product, let us know within 48 hrs of receiving the product and we’ll get it replaced as soon as possible.

It varies for each location but we try to do it as fast as possible.
